Workshop, Special Session & Tutorial     


The 23rd ICE/IEEE ITMC invites high quality papers to be presented at this premier international event. Submissions should contribute to a substantial, original and previously unpublished research in the topics of the conference. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Theoretical research papers that provide new concepts in the domain of engineering, technology, and innovation;
  • Empirical studies and qualitative case studies that develop new insights;
  • System design and development papers that go beyond the pure description of systems and give insight into theory and effectiveness of the approach;
  • Verification and validation papers that evaluate the application of solutions.

Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extensions of the presented work to special issues of indexed scientific journals, e.g.:
  • Special Issue on: “Interoperability Enablers for Cyber-Physical Manufacturing Systems” at the Enterprise Information Systems (Journal) [Impact Factor: 2.269].
  • Special Issue on: “Digital Entrepreneurship: Creating and Doing Business in the Digital Era” at the Technological Forecasting & Social Change (Journal) [Impact Factor: 2.678].
  • Special Issue on: “Model-driven data-intensive Enterprise Information Systems” at the Enterprise Information Systems (Journal) [Impact Factor: 2.269].
  • Special Issue on: “Novel approaches for Engineering, Technology and Innovation in Product Lifecycle Management” at the International Journal of Product Lifecycle Management (Journal) [SCOPUS].
  • Special Issue on: “Smart-Cities, Living-Labs and Open Innovation Ecosystems” at the Journal of Smart Cities.
  • The Technology Analysis & Strategic Management Journal organizes an Editor Workshop. Any author publishing at the conference that has interest to further develop its paper to submit at TASM it is welcome to discuss it at the workshop.
